Are you a Senior Executive with 15+ years Commercial Loan Documentation experience in the Banking industry? If so, then keep reading....

We are a financially stable bank based in Southern California. We are seeking a VP level Commercial Loan Documentation executive. Must have strong banking documentation experience and ability to manage multiple departments in multiple locations.

Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee operations of complex commercial loan documentation, operations, and agency services administration
- Identify, plan and set strategic direction for service, products and technology implementation and testing
- Interface with executive and senior management throughout the bank
- Other responsibilities include: financial planning and development; recommendations for credit/bank policy to support loan and trade documentation and operations; technical project planning and management; risk management; customer service; divisional policy and procedure development; and legal document library development and management

The qualified candidate will have:
- 15+ years successful experience in commercial loan documentation and loan and trade operations
- Excellent change management, leadership and networking skills
- Results-driven with proven track record of achieving objectives in timely manner
- Excellent banking industry expertise and strong contacts to track industry strategic direction, trends and new product development
- Solid systems development and implementation skills
- Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills
