Knowledge Learning Corporation, parent company of several childhood educational organizations like KinderCare and CCLC, has immediate need for a talented and passionate Corporate Recruiter in our Portland, OR Corporate Office.

Our ideal candidate builds a trusted relationship with management in order to provide top talent at the right time for the right role. They will be client and team focused, providing a positive experience for both the manager and the candidate. They will have a demonstrated sense of urgency while being able to effectively prioritize the work. Ability to use creative techniques along side the normal job boards to source qualified candidates. Through a consultative process the ability to assess the fit of the candidate to the role and influence the selection process.

Qualified candidates will be resourceful, technically savvy, knowledgeable in HR practices and employment law and proactive in nature. Bachelor’s degree is required; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Three or more years experience in a role directly responsible for recruiting and staffing with at least one full year of current, direct experience recruiting for highly technical IT functions.
