Business Development Manager – X-Chem

Summary:

Develop new and profitable business and maintain existing business with key customers that meet or exceed company expectations.This position is based in and around Houston, TX.



Duties and Responsibilities:

* Lead the development, communication, and execution of business strategy that results in: delivery of financial targets, sales growth and increase in market share with key clients
* Build lasting relationships with key personnel within client organizations
* Maintain DOT and Regulatory Compliance
* Develop and utilize data to identify opportunities and fact based solutions
* Partner with Operations and Field management to achieve desired results
* Proactively track and communicate industry changes/trends to company and clients
* Report weekly client development and sales strategy/results to supervisor
* Performs other related duties as required



Position Requirements:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
* 3+ years of Business Development or Executive Sales experience
* Strong ability to build and maintain key relationships and provide solutions to problems
