Architect - KEO Design

KEO International Consultants is a world ranked leading Design, Engineering, and Project and Construction Management Firm with offices in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Bahrain, Dubai, Kuwait, Qatar and Oman.

Working as an Architect in our Design Division, you will be responsible for working on multi-discipline design projects, including commercial, residential, tall tower and mixed-use developments. This position requires an innovative designer with a true passion for design, be exceptionally talented in original and innovative concepts as well as having the ability to transpose these ideas into design documents.

Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following:

* Design competence and intuitiveness, with a keen eye for geometry and proportion.

* Understand building program/design parameters, produce initial analysis studies, and develop conceptual sketch alternatives.

* Comprehend the coordination of building engineering services in the various stages of the design stages.

* Ability to use digital and manual means to express design concepts in 3D.

* Adaptability to work and collaborate in a team environment.

Qualification: B.Arch Degree in Architecture with a minimum of 5 years postgraduate experience. Membership of a professional Architectural Association such as RIBA or AIA is preferred.

Previous experience gained within a Consultancy Firm and within the Gulf Region would be advantageous.
