* Aventa Learning: Provides schools with solutions for credit recovery, core curriculum, Advanced Placement, individual courses designed to augment existing school curriculum, and online school solutions; schools can license Aventa content, supplying their own teachers or using Aventa online teachers.

Job Summary:
As a Sales Account Executive for Aventa Learning, you will be responsible for furthering the business by determining the managing the sales territory, establishing a sales strategy, delivering on set revenue and client acquisition expectations. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager, Aventa Learning.

Job Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
· Manage a sales territory to develop and support online learning partnerships with school districts and other organizations.
· Identify and qualify legitimate sales opportunities, providing a consultative and value-added approach to develop relationships.
· Develop a sales pipeline and maintain ongoing relationship with prospective clients.
· Deliver and execute sales presentations to potential clients
· Implement a sales strategy for the assigned territory.
· Keep up to date on latest trends and technologies available and competitive landscape.

Adaptability Requirements: (Low, Medium, High)

High-Position requires a high degree of adaptability. Incumbent will be faced with a variety of issues on a day-to-day basis and will be expected to respond to these issues appropriately.

Working Conditions:
50-75% travel depending on time of year

Experience and Education:

* 5+ years experience in educational sales experience
* 4-year college degree, MBA preferred.
* Experienced in selling online solutions to school administrators


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

* Strategic alliance or business development experience in the K-12 Education sector
* Demonstrated sales background/track record of sales success
* Ability to interact with diverse customer base
* Sound understanding of regulatory environment
* High proficiency in using computers and using software sales tools
* Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills that are highly professional
* Excellent teamwork and leadership skills
* Demonstrated self motivation, focus and passion
