We are creating a group made up of individual practices while maintaining a solo practice environment and we are at the point to where we are ready to add another partner. The ideal partner for the practice is a surgeon that seeks the benefits and autonomy of being on their own but may not posses the desire, skills, risk comfort or financial commitment that is necessary to be a solo practitioner.

We provide management experience, implementation of effective systems, ongoing training programs, and capital infusion, all designed around a common vision between the individual locations. Additionally, you would benefit from call coverage, second surgeon back up coverage, shared experiences, camaraderie, and personal injury protection. The successful candidate will be a licensed DMD or DDS and must have completed an Oral Surgery Residency and should be licensed or qualified to obtain license in the State of North Carolina. Must be motivated, personable, and dedicated to their profession. A positive attitude is essential.
