As an American Express Tour and Activity Travel Counselor, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding budgeted sales and revenues for the travel desk through the selling of optional tour products and limited financial services.​

This position requires the candidate to speak fluent Japanese.​ Candidates must have a minimum of one year experience selling travel along with a strong knowledge of Hawaiian geography and tourism as it relates to optional tours.​ This position requires the ability to perform under pressure while providing superior customer service.​ Candidate must have strong communications skills and the ability to effectively navigate the internet to research tour options for our clients.​
Candidates must have the ability to be flexible with work schedule, willing to work weekends and holidays as this is a seven day operation .​
Two years college and experience selling financial services including foreign currency exchange is a plus.​
