As a Store Manager you will be responsible for leading, developing and motivating a small team to ensure the efficient and effective running of the store.​ You will have full accountability for your stores performance, recruitment, selection and training, shrinkage, store cleanliness and health and safety.​ You will also steer the business to meet all financial targets set.​

You will be a passionate and customer orientated individual who will ensure their team delivers the highest levels of customer service.​ Ideally you will have experience in a fast paced retail /​ trade environment with drive and motivation to succeed.​
