Our Client, a local leader in Commercial and Retail Tire Servicing, are looking for their next Store Manager in their Saint John location.

Job Description
To direct, promote, and coordinate the store operations in a manner that will optimize the company's market share and savings, improve the company's efficiency, help achieve the company's mission and goals, and result in outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

- Supervision
- Marketing
- Profitability
- Sales
- Reporting
- Purchasing
- Resale pricing
- Inventory
- Service
- Maintenance

Requirements
- previous automotive experience (Commercial Tire knowledge prefered)
- 3-5 years in a management capacity
- ability to evaluate and be accountable for monthly/yearly Profit and Loss statements
- ability to motivate and lead a team consisting of technicians, sales and parts staff to success
- proven commercial/retail sales success

Compensation and Benefits Details
Our Client is offereing a full benefits package including, salary (between $40-$45k), medical, dental and health options, along with other benefits.
