Property Evaluation Consultant, circa £40,000 +​ Bonus +​ Excellent Benefits



A private equity firm based in Central London is looking for Property Evaluation Consultants to manage a number of new and existing property portfolios nationwide.​ This will predominately be a home based role, with some travel expected to the Head Office in Central London and regional offices.​



The main responsibilities of the role will include:

* Completion of on site due diligence and research into potential portfolio acquisitions
* Post acquisition management of refurbishment
* Determine the most appropriate strategy for each property - open market sale/​auction/​rent out
* Responsible for constantly evaluating property values and recommending exit ideas in the future
* Responsible for managing regional estate agents and asset managers in order to optimize relationships and returns
* Demonstrate regional market knowledge
* Develop extensive networks of Agent and Developer contacts
* Regularly update/​report Senior Management on the real estate market



Ideally you will be RICS part qualified/​qualified

Have extensive experience in residential property portfolios

Have excellent attention to detail

Be able to develop and maintain good working relationships with agents and developers
