About the Job
Our client Situated in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside is looking for an experienced pensions administrator, their office is a light spacious barn conversion employees can enjoy lunch breaks sitting outside, walking the office’s resident dog and, in the winter, sitting on a sofa by the woodburner.
You will need your own transport to reach them as there is very little in the way of public transport.

administration of our SIPP / SSAS property portfolio.
• New property enquiries
• Sending out property Literature and Application Documentation
• Verifying the suitability of proposed transactions through a SIPP / SSAS.
• Purchases
• Sales
• Transfers in-specie
• Aborted Purchases
• Arranging borrowing for purchases/development works etc
• Rent, Insurance and Service Charge Collection
• Maintaining and arranging Insurance
• Payments to Third Parties
• Producing Property Accounts on an annual basis and ad-hoc accounts for commission
• Keeping our systems updated with all money movements
• Rent Reviews
• Lease Renewals
• Surrenders
• Subletting
• Arranging and keeping records Property Valuations
• Producing weekly Management Information
• Quarterly VAT information to be provided to Accountant to be included within VAT return
• Looking after mortgages on an ongoing basis, making sure payments are made and amounts reflect any changes based upon interest rates
• Logging all work for time-cost recording
• Raising quarterly property fees
Duties include, property purchases, sales and transfers. Dealing with rent collection, maintaining insurance, VAT returns, overseeing mortgages and general administration connected to any property. Dealing with Solicitors, Banks, and Surveyors.
