Nicholl Fuels Oils are currently recruiting for a Clerical Assistant /​ Office Administrator to be based in their Limavady office.​ The successful candidate will be expected to carry out many roles that are commonly associated with office administration and will report directly to the Office Supervisor /​ Financial Director.​



The ideal candidate for this position will be organised, efficient, self motivated and will thrive when working in a busy customer service led environment.​



Nicholl Fuel Oils are Northern Irelands Largest Independent Oil Distributor.​ They are currently celebrating 40 years of delivering high quality oil products to Northern Ireland.​ A family owned and managed business, which has seen two generations develop an expertise in a range of petroleum products and services covering Domestic Heating Oil, Agricultural Fuel, Commercial Fuel, Petrol, Lubricants and Fuel Charge Cards.​

The Clerical Assistant /​ Office Administrator will be expected to complete the following tasks…



* Customer Care

* Processing of ledger payments
* Cash Handling on all levels
* Banking and Reconciliation procedures
* Dealing with post, customer enquiries and filing
* Liaising with credit controllers
* Orders processing

Hours of Work:



Monday – Friday 9am – 5.​30pm and Saturday morning shifts (9am – 1pm) in the winter will be done on a rota basis.​
