They are currently seeking a Dynamic Property Accountant to support their
financial department.

Description / Description / Omschrijving

As a Property Accountant for this company, you will be in charge of the
following:

- The review of the provisions;
- Calculation of the charges and preparation of the invoices;
- Calculation of the interest on late payments;
- Follow-up of supplier reminders;
- VAT control;
- Payments of the suppliers;
- Checking of the final charges statement with accounting corporate;
- Financial reporting;
- Reinvoicing of taxes;
- Calculation of the fees;
- Set up of yearly budgets;
- Ad hoc tasks.


Profil recherché / Candidate profile / Profiel van de kandidaat

- You have a degree in Accounting;
- You have at least 1 relevant experience in the accounting sector;
- You speak fluently French OR English OR Dutch and have a good knowledge of a
second language;
- You are accurate, mature and professional;
- You are flexible, a teamplayer and communicative.
