Marketing Director - Coal Fired Utility Job Description:

Nationally recognized consulting company on the forefront of innovative technology that dramatically improves the ability of utilities and refineries to meet clean air standards without expensive modification or replacement of equipment is seeking a Marketing Director to join their growing operation in Littleton, CO.

Qualified candidates will offer a Bachelor of Science degree preferably with a concentration in Marketing, Business or Communications and at least 10 years in a marketing role within the North American Coal Fired Utility Industry.

Candidates will be responsible for directing overall marketing and corporate communication, and facilitate client development primarily within the electric power industry.

Primary responsibilities:

- Manage client relations activities including: conferences and trade shows, abstracts/papers/presentations, newsletters, promotional items, and client satisfaction surveys.

- Develop and administer marketing database which includes client and prospect information, mailing list applications, access to financial reports, trip reports, etc.

- Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan for the firm.

- Support and facilitate development and implementation of product line business and marketing plans.

- Plan and administer Marketing Operations budget.

- Oversee electronic marketing efforts including supervision of web site design and maintenance.

Required Skills:
10 years in a marketing role within the North American Coal Fired Utility industry, Marketing management and strategic planning experience, Proven track record in developing and administering a marketing program for an industrial or utility based organization, Experience with implementation of Client Relations Management programs is a plus, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Intermediate knowledge of MS Power Point
