Description:
Responsible for performing a variety of loan documentation duties on moderately complex loans, using comprehensive knowledge of policies and procedures for loan products. Functions include: processing; closing and compliance for loan products; interpreting policies while analyzing applicant, property and documentation; ordering all required verifications, documentation and subsequent follow ups. High school diploma and minimum two years related experience.


Requirements:
Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required with 2 years related experience. Finance/Credit/Collection knowledge is helpful. Call Center/Clerical/Customer service experience is a plus!


Location: Minneapolis, MN

Type: CONTRACT

Duration: 120 - 180 Days

Pay Rate: 14.99 - 15.00 Hourly DOE
