Fuel Team Manager

Position Summary:

The Fuel Team Manager is responsible to the General Manager for the successful fuel operations of the store. The FTM is a dedicated resource to the store management team to ensure fuel safety, fuel customer service and fuel court related tasks are completed with efficiency and consistency. He/she is also required to train, manage and coach associates as they work to maintain a stable fuel operation.



Principle Duties:

· Supports Wawa Safety initiatives-Maintains fuel court area – safety, customer service, cleanliness, supplies

· Maintains and completes all daily and weekly Fuel Court Inspections

· Responsible for Level I training for all Store Associates and Level I & II training for all cashiers and outside fuel Associates.

· Schedule outside fuel staff to meet business needs

· Ensure compliance and execution of all Fuel Processes and Programs such as, but not limited to the following:

· Ensure corporate cash handling procedures, uniform and appearance code

· Maintain Fuel Compliance Book, Competitor price check, Stage II equipment check, Fuel delivery vendor check in

· Complete price changes as needed

· Complete all related gasoline paperwork, Hazardous Waste Check Off Sheet, fuel related supplies and related retail product as needed

· Test MPDs to ensure proper calibration

· Troubleshoot daily problems related to fuel management as needed
