About the Job

My client is a specialist food company, who offer food procurement services to hotels, restaurants and gastro pubs, plus unique operational consultancy for food service and catering operations, comprising analysis, delivery of solutions and on-going support.​ They are currently seeking a Finance Analyst, to produce reports as regards rebates, plus general accounts work within their accounts team.​



The Role

* Liaise with clients and suppliers as regards purchasing information, figures and statistics
* Collate reports (in Excel), maintain and validate purchasing information from suppliers and clients
* Collate reports (in Excel) as regards company and client rebates
* General accounts duties including:
o Credit control
o Sales ledger
o Raising sales invoices
o Bank reconciliations
o Data input

Candidate Profile:



* Several years general accounts experience, including credit control
* Excellent analytical and Excel skills (pivot tables, macros etc)
* Proactive and confident attitude, with an ability to work unsupervised
* Meticulous and thorough approach to work
* Good communicator, both internally and with clients and suppliers
