Field Service Engineer

As a Bloomberg Field Service engineer, you will provide on-site support for all Bloomberg related hardware and software located in our internal offices and at our client sites. You will be responsible for installing and servicing the Bloomberg Professional Terminal and systems to ensure a quality experience for our clients. Engineers often work with other internal departments and alongside customer technicians. In addition, you will provide local communications facility management and manage the usage of spare equipment sites.


Qualifications

- Strong working knowledge of PC hardware, TCP/IP, Microsoft Windows products, routers, and digital telecommunication lines
- Strong troubleshooting and time management abilities, as well as the capacity to work efficiently under pressure and be able to handle multi tasks
- Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skill
- Overtime work and weekend work as well as occasional travel is required
- Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential
