This position is the principal personal assistant to the Assistant General Counsel for Litigation, performing a variety of important administrative, secretarial, and clerical duties. The position also requires performance of all duties of office manager. The Assistant General Counsel is responsible for providing legal advice to the Department in all matters relating to litigation and participation in regulatory proceedings before the independent Federal regulatory agencies.
