LOGISTICS ASSOCIATE

The Logistics Associate maintains a neat, clean, organized and safe working and shopping environment to add to the customer experience.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Actively participates in the shipment and receiving process, including scanning boxes, sorting and movement of merchandise, flexing and placement of merchandise to the sales floor.
* Consistently executes the visual presentation and brand standards to place product appropriately on the sales floor, making all necessary adjustments of product fixture moves.
* Replenishes the sales floor ensuring all sizes and colors are represented for the customer.
* Completes the timely and accurate execution of company pricing, markdowns, promotional and marketing direction to company presentation standards and company/state pricing regulations to support a seamless customer experience.
* Cleans and maintains front of store (including parking areas, sidewalks, windows, and vestibule) to company standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
* Proven written and verbal communication skills.
* Demonstrated passion for extraordinary customer service.
* Retail experience preferred.
* Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
* Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, repetitive bending, prolong standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, climbing.
* Ability to work with/around cleaning chemicals.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require evening and weekend shifts.
