JOB TITLE: Marketing & Sales Coordinator
The Marketing & Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing support to both Marketing and Sales departments on a multitude of projects.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing:
Literature and Image requests - Clients and Sales Group.
Trade Shows - standard arrangements and off-site storage.
Magazines - scan articles, circulate, update listings, etc.
Website - distribute leads daily and assist with coordination of updates.
Photo Resource Library - organize and maintain.
SEO (search engine optimization) - reports & ads.
Copy Writing - standard letters, Press Releases, product descriptions, brochures.
Promotional Items - liaison with suppliers.
AquaPlay/AquaSpray Manual - assemble and maintain.
Sales Sheets - distribute as required.
Promotional Videos - maintain inventory.
Product Library - update and organize.
Corporate Video (DVD and CD’s) - obtain video footage and liaison with Editor.
AquaPlay CD – updated and distribute.
Research – competitors, products, and markets.
Public Relations - communicate with magazines, suppliers, corporate facilities and clients.
Business Plan - update, print and bind.
Provide general support to the Marketing Manager.
Internal Sales:
Proposal booklets - print, bind and distribute.
Sales Leads - track, chart and follow-up.
PowerPoint Presentations - create and update.
Brochures - maintain inventory.
Sales Meetings - assist with planning.
Document Control - formatting, proper use of logos, etc.
Sales Presentation Materials - assist Sales Group.
Product Guides - update and maintain.
Marketing Campaigns - execute materials.
Sales Database - organize and update.
Customer Service - per request.
Support Sales Staff as required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Post-secondary education in Marketing.
Minimum 5 years working experience in Marketing and Sales.
Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexible individual with the ability to multi-task and prioritize a changing workload.
Particular attention to detail is required.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Internet.
Knowledge of the Adobe family of products - Illustrator, PhotoShop and In-Design an asset.
