Hotel Interior Design/Procurement Coordinator
Lodgco Management, LLC, based in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan, is now searching for a Hotel Interior Design/Procurement Coordinator to be based out of our Mt. Pleasant, Michigan, headquarters. Duties include, but are not limited to, managing procurement and vendor contracts for new-build and renovation projects, operating within a budget and time line and assisting with the recruitment and management of an installation crew.
They must have knowledge of hotel interior design, color boards, procurement and contract negotiations as well as working with design teams and installation crews. This individual must be meticulously organized with a strong attention to detail, while overseeing multiple projects simultaneously. Previous experience in opening or renovating hotels and/or hotel operations, especially Marriott, Hilton and/or Holiday Inn is a plus.
