Overall, the position of Manager, HRMS will partner with the organization to guide and support the HR Team in the leveraging of Technology. This includes the design and execution of solutions for gathering, storing and moving information in support of HR and Company initiatives, providing integrated data, reporting and analysis for HR and related business functions, and partnering with internal and external organizations to manage the flow of HR information.

PEOPLE: Professional level written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate complex and technical concepts to a variety of audiences. Provide credible representation of HR Department and SCEA to internal and external communities. Ability to solicit input and build productive relationships.
PROCESS: Ability to correlate data from multiple sources and integrate abstract concepts to create complex and illustrative reports and analysis.
TECHNICAL: Both broad and mid-depth knowledge of HR related technology. Basic understanding of business systems in general, and interaction with HR technology. Knowledgeable in calculations and metrics common to all HR disciplines.
PLANNING/IMPLEMENTATION: Ability to analyze business processes from start to finish and develop solutions leveraging technology and other resources; anticipate problems/issues and formulate preemptive measures. Ability to manage multiple projects on a variety of scales; engage and co-ordinate participation of cross-functional participants.
INDUSTRY: Knowledgeable in industry factors that drive compensation and related practices. Familiarity with HR technology industry drivers.
