Customer service professionals with a flair for technical support to Sitels Nokia Projects
Sitel are now hiring Norwegian and Danish Customer Service professionals for customer support to our Nordic Customer Support Center in Copenhagen.
Your qualifications:
You are a dynamic person with a high stress level. It is important that you are structured, calm and have a good overview, even in stressful situations. You are the kind of person that sees challenges instead of problems. Excellent communicator and patient. Strong interest in mobile phone technologies and services. Your mother tongue is Norwegian or Danish, and you are fluent in English, both written and oral. You are service minded and have call center experience. You are interested in and have a flair for IT software.
Your primary tasks:
Being first point of contact for Nokia customers in all the questions related to mobile phone products and services.
Support customer via telephone, e-mail, internet and fax
Analyse cases and provide advice and solutions for problems
Complex troubleshooting and problem solving of technical problems related to handset models and accessories.
