NIGHT SHIFT QUALITY AUDITOR

KCP produces leading National Brand products for Fortune 500 companies including Gillette, Johnson & Johnson, L'Oreal, Procter & Gamble, Unilever, Dial, Colgate-Palmolive, SC Johnson, Pfizer and 3M, and Retailer Brand products for top retailers including Albertsons, Kroger, Loblaws, Safeway, Target, Wal-Mart, Walgreens, and foodservice leader Sysco.

We are searching for a night shift Quality Auditor to join our KIK Rexdale team. The successful candidate's strengths should include focus, time management and ability to lead, organize and facilitate progress in a rapidly changing environment. Challenges within the scope of responsibility of this position will include achieving and maintaining Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), monitoring packaging Quality Assurance (QA) and verifying compliance with internal and customer requirements. The Quality Auditor provides quality adherence and compliance with FDA regulations and customer requirements and coordinates and documents GMP Training for employees.

ADDITIONAL CAPABILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS FOR SUCCESS:

Performs individual and group periodic departmental internal audits
Provides training in quality responsibilities, GMP’s, the interpretation of customer specifications, process control, the use of gages
Reviews internal and customer standards and requirements for compatibility and compliance
Assists in the determination of the disposition of out-of-specification components and finished goods
Coordinates the Quality Improvement Process with an emphasis in Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques
Develop ways for improving component, on-line, and finished product inspection methods with the objective of reducing workload and/or improving quality
Provides verbal and written communication to satisfying internal and customer needs, this will include investigation of customer complaints and communicating corrective actions to customers, preparation of Internal and External Quality reports and other technical writing for reporting as needed
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS

2+ Years Experience in manufacturing Quality Assurance and GMP regs
Degree is preferred
Strong math aptitude with strong analytical skills
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Self Motivated, Innovative and Organized
Supervisory and Leadership Skills
Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets, Word
