Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
This role is the CFS Asia Pricing COE, leading pricing integrity across the region, ensuring to upgrade regional pricing ability (through standardization of the process and coaching the local resource) and support CFS business growth and profitability; its responsibility includes below:
* Proactively support deal teams (Risk, Origination and other COEs) on the transactions and help growth
* Initiate and follow up on due diligence and deal review process
* Ensure compliance and controllership throughout pricing activity while maximizing profitability and efficiency
* Ensure adequate pricing and deal economics presented on consistent and accurate basis
* Ensure significant issues are disclosed/reflected in credit request and economics
* Lead finance closing process and hand over operationally to Finance teams after deal closing
* Co-ordinate preliminary integration efforts for new acquisitions, recommend improvements where appropriate
* Develop reporting system and track key metrics around deal conversion, success ratio, profitability to support productivity / profitability improvement

Qualifications/Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
* 5 - 8 years experience in accounting/ financial management/ audit
* Strong analytical skills
* Project management experience
* Team player
* Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills with the ability to drive change
* Customer focus
* Fluent in English and preferably Chinese (verbal and written)
* Strong work ethics and commitment

Desired:
* MBA graduate
* Six Sigma Greenbelt Trained
* Product Knowledge on Corporate Lending, Equity investment, non-performing loan and other CFS products
