Network Analyst
Work as part of local and global teams responsible for maintaining, supporting and expanding the data and voice networks utilized by Pest Elimination and Ecosure divisions of Ecolab. The Network Analyst position is responsible for monitoring and maintaining Intel based servers and network equipment hosted in Grand Forks, ND and at EcoSure. This includes production servers, production network switches, and development/test servers.
Main Responsibilities:
Server setup and installation, backup and recovery.
Proactive review of server and network activity.
Security of server, software upgrades, patching and monthly maintenance.
End user connectivity.
Basic Qualifications:
Two years Microsoft Server experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Preffered Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology.
Network support skills: SQL, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory.
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Understanding and usage of ITIL foundation processes to include certification.
