

Sales Manager
General Description of the Job
Major purpose of job is to direct and manage overall business for CommScope within country. The job holder achieves this through a combination of direct and indirect distribution channels and resources.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Manage the Customers in the accounts segment and be accountable for generating new revenue by planning and executing sales transactions that addresses and provide solutions to the group of assigned accounts.
· Responsible for total account management and serve as a primary interface with assigned business customers.
· Perform systems analysis and system design functions involving a variety of customer business systems and process.
· Compile all relevant data to determine the exact nature of the customer’s business needs and develop solutions for customers’ business problems.
· Maintain sales opportunity system database and develop / prepare a needs assessment program.
· Provide pre-sales and post-sales product and system technical support for SYSTIMAX Solutions.
· Provide bid response support for local and global customer requirements that positions the key technical advantages of SYSTIMAX SCS.
· Perform site audits and certification reviews in support of the SYSTIMAX SCS 20 Year Extended Product Warranty and Applications Assurance
· Understand the corporate structure and direction, the key people and the influence, excellent presentation, communication and convincing skills, display matured disposition in interacting with all levels of management and deep understanding on what SYSTIMAX can provide for the customer.
Job Specifications
· You should possess a Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or IT with at least 5 years of account & channel management experience.
· You should have a good knowledge of LAN/ WAN systems, networking, data centres.
· You will interface with various levels of management as well as outside vendors and customers.
· You will also responsible for achieving in assigned quota as the achievement of revenue objectives and market share objectives will have significant impact on the objectives of the team.
